Policy

By making a booking, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below;

For appointments that include treatment, you will be required to pay a $100 deposit which will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment. Consultation only appointments are $50, this will be deducted from your treatment cost should you proceed to book a treatment appointment.

Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or failing to show for your appointment will result in forfeiting your deposit.

We understand that things may come up and you may need to change your appointment, but we ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice.

We appreciate your understanding, and look forward to seeing you at your next appointment.

Due to TGA regulations, we are unable to advertise pricing online. In order to obtain an accurate quote, a  consultation and full facial assessment by Nurse El will need to occur. Please note a $35 scripting fee will be added to your total cost every 12 months.
